Cancellation policy Alijda Hairhouse

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure an efficient booking process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation notice:
● We kindly ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

2. Late cancellation:
● If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the original appointment.

3. How to cancel or reschedule:
● To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at +3120 33 46 015 as soon as possible. If we cannot answer your call immediately, please leave a clear message with your name, appointment date and time and contact details so that we can help you quickly.
● You can also cancel or reschedule by emailing us at info@alijdahairhouse.nl or via the confirmation email you received when you booked the appointment.

4. Exceptions:
● We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you think your situation falls under such circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and we will do our best to meet your needs.

5. No-show policy:
● If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice (a "no-show"), you will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.

6. Payment of cancellation fees:
● Cancellation fees are payable at the time of the next scheduled appointment or within 14 days of the missed appointment, whichever comes first.

7. Changes to this policy:
● We reserve the right to change this cancellation policy at any time. All changes will take effect immediately after the updated policy is posted on our website or after you are notified by email.
